Watermelon Cucumber Cooler

  • 60ml Cripps Pink Gin

  • 22.5ml Lemon Juice

  • 22.5ml Cane Syrup

  • 1 pinch Wasabi salt

  • 60ml Watermelon Juice

  • 1/4cup Cucumber

 

Method

In a shaker muddle the cucumber and cane syrup. Add the gin, wasabi, salt and lemon juice. Shake. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Add the watermelon juice and gently stir. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Tip: Crushed wasabi peas work just as well as wasabi salt!
