Raspberry & Mint Collins

  • 60ml Cripps Pink Gin

  • 30ml Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • 4-5 Raspberries

  • 3-4 Mint Leaves

  • 60ml Sparking Water 



Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice except sparkling water and shake. Strain into a chilled tall glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
