A bold, small-batch release that celebrates the fusion of local flavour and classic craft. For our 2025 vintage, we macerated a parcel of locally sourced Shiraz grapes in our signature Grounded Gin for eight weeks. After a slow, flavour-packed infusion, the grapes were gently pressed and the juice blended back in, creating a rich, fruit-driven spirit with remarkable depth and balance.

 

Expect vibrant notes of ripe Shiraz berries, soft spice, citrus and earthy juniper. Serve in a G+T with a slice of fresh orange or mix up in a delightful sour.
