Paloma's Place

  • 60ml Grounded Gin

  • 10ml Rosemary syrup

  • 10ml Grapefruit juice

  • 10ml Grapefruit soda

 

Method

To make rosemary syrup infuse sprigs of rosemary in simple syrup to taste.​

​

Add gin, syrup & grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary.
