• 45ml Grounded Gin

• 15ml Apple Liqueur

• 30ml lemon juice

• 5ml sugar syrup

• x1 egg white 

 

Method

​Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake hard, then strain into a frozen coupe glass. Garnish with a thin slice of Pink Lady Apple.
