• 45ml Cripps Pink Gin

• 22.5ml Apple Liqueur

• 22.5ml Lemon Juice

• 1.5 bar spoons Raspberry Jam

• 1x Egg White/Foamer

 

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake hard, then strain into a frozen coupe glass. Garnish with freeze dried raspberry powder shaken on top.
