Feliz Gravidad

  • 22.5ml Grounded Gin

  • 22.5ml Aperol

  • 22.5ml St Germain

  • 15ml Cointreau

  • 15ml lemon juice

  • x1 egg white or foamer

 

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard. Place a large ice cube into a coupe glass and strain into the glass. Garnish with dried petals and a sprig of thyme.
