Blackwood Harvest

  • 45 ml Grounded Gin

  • 22.5 ml lemon juice

  • 22.5 ml sugar syrup

  • 60 ml The Cidery Pear Cider 

 

Method

​Add all ingredients to a shaker except the cider. Add ice and shake hard, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with pear cider and garnish with a slice of apple.
