45ml Cripps Pink Gin

20ml Lychee Puree (Monin)

60ml unsweetened coconut water

3-4 drops Wonderfoam or x1 egg white

edible dried petals to garnish
Method
​Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake hard, then strain into a frozen coupe glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of flower petals.
