Basil Colins

  • 60ml Grounded Gin

  • 22.5ml Lemon juice

  • 22.5ml sugar syrup

  • 2-3 Sprigs basil

  • 60ml Sparkling water



Muddle basil with sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add gin and lemon juice to shaker and fill with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled tall glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
