45ml Limoncello

20ml Strawberry + Cardamom Shrub (recipe below)

60ml The Cidery Soft Cider

45ml Soda water

Sprig of rosemary
Method
​Add Limoncello and shrub to a large wine/spritz glass and stir. Fill glass with ice. Add Soft Cider and soda and stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Strawberry + Cardamom Shrub

500g Fresh strawberries chopped

250g Sugar

250ml The Cidery Apple Cider Vinegar

5-6 Cardamom pods
Method
Combine the strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 4-6 hours, until the strawberries release their juice. Strain through a fine sieve, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible. Keep the syrup and use the pulp for somethin else.

Add the vinegar to the syrup and stir well to combine.

Lightly crush the cardamom pods and add them to the syrup mixture. Store in the fridge for 24hrs in an air tight container before straining out the pods. Bottle your shrub and store in the fridge.
